Fun Things to do in Niagara Falls
If you're going all the way to Niagara Falls it would be a shame to miss the Maid of the Mist Boat Tour. These boats bring guests to the base of the American falls and then cross over the Canadian Horseshoe Falls. Beware—this adventure is not for the water-phobics among us, for you will get wet. A disposable rain jacket helps deflect some of the spray.
Another great way to experience the falls is to head up to the observation deck of the Skylon Tower. You can enjoy a nice meal in the revolving dining room while you catch breathtaking views of the falls all around you.
Looking for a bird's eye view of Niagara Falls? There's no better way to experience the dramatic falls than by seeing them from straight above during a Niagara helicopter excursion. You'll take in stunning views of the falls, the nearby lights from the casinos, and can even fly over to the one of the area's wineries for lunch—Niagara-On-The-Lake winery offers free wine tastings!

A trip to Toronto would be incomplete without a visit to the regal CN Tower. Do this tourist attraction right by visiting at sunset and enjoying a relaxing dinner in the 360 restaurant on top.
The Golden Horseshoe is another good stop during your Toronto adventure. These immigrant neighborhoods show the flavor and culture of Toronto—new and old. Shops, restaurants, and passers-by on these downtown streets represent the local flavor of the Horseshoe.

You'll find a local jewel in the center of Southern Ontario—the Georgian Bay Islands National Park of Canada. This string of islands connects the Honey Harbour to Twelve Mile Bay and is only accessible via boat. Go on a boat tour to visit the islands and visit primitive tent sites along the way, take in the scent of wildflowers, and keep your eyes peeled for exotic birds and rattlesnakes.
The St. Jacobs Farmers' Market and Flea Market is another fun thing to do in Southern Ontario. This huge indoor/outdoor venue is overflowing with venders selling fresh produce, meats, cheeses, and local crafts. There are kiddie rides, animals, and picnic areas for families to gather and enjoy their fresh goods, as well as farm tours.
