Green Valley Spa is located between Las Vegas and Salt Lake City, at the bottom of an ancient inland sea which was once filled with sea water and enormous bogs of plant life. With time, this area has condensed into a great salty lake which is world famous for its rich mineral assets. Today, spa-goers can enjoy the mineral-rich tinctures and lotions as part of spa treatment sessions at the Spa. In addition, guests are invited to go hiking in the Redrocks, and enjoy the onsite fitness classes, in addition to other little luxuries such as hand-carved furnishings, a fireplace in each room, and Starbucks coffee served in the morning to the Spa's guest rooms. With signature treatments such as Sugar & Spice Body Sculpting, and Painted Desert Clay, Green Valley Spa promises to pamper and please you like no other spa can.
Beyond wellness programs and state-of-the art fitness, tennis, and golf facilities and instruction, Green Valley Spa offers a diverse menu of treatments. These are further complemented by the Spa's location among the stunning red rock canyons and pristine nature. The treatments available are numerous. Choose from facials such as the Anti-Aging Enzyme Replacement, which uses the enzymatic action of genuine pearls powder and wild desert honey, or the Cinnamon Sugar Uplift, which helps to decrease signs of aging, like brown spots, and promises to uplift the skin without surgery. Guests can even try the unique Chinese Restructuring treatment, which uses acupressure, brushing, and gentle skin rolling to define the face and increase its strength and flexibility. Also available are Energy therapies, as well as personally geared sessions. Heart Centered Counseling, for example, is designed to help you find your inner truth and open your heart to peace and clarity. All of these delightful treatment choices should be followed by a fresh spa meal, which includes fat free yogurt sweetened with fruit juice, whole wheat breads and cinnamon rolls, and fresh seafood, vegetables, and soups that are sure to fill you up in body, mind, and spirit!
Relaxation is the inner response to signals or messages that arise from the senses. Relaxation is something that happens as we feel the senses responding with pleasure, bringing impulses of delight deep into the innermost part of ourselves, dissolving all that is tense and tight into a condition of repose, resolution, satisfaction and contentment.
