A group of dinosaur trackways dating back to the Early Jurassic days, was discovered near St. George, Utah on what was a prehistoric lake shore. The site documents the travels of several different species from more than 200 million years ago. The Dinosaur Trackways are well-preserved, and may have been made by 20-foot herbivores weighing up to 10 tons and carnivores half the size. Many other plant and animal fossils and remains are preserved in the covered and easy to visit site.
