Our Zoo and Aquarium Expert Says:
Keeping animals behind moats makes it possible to have a completely cage-less environment. There's an aviary, an Andean Condor exhibit, a petting zoo, and play area. Koala bears, white Bengal tigers, and kangaroos are also among the residents. A monorail gives a nice overview of the park, but wear comfortable shoes as there's a great distance between exhibits. Bike tours are also available. Vistors can work along side the zookeepers and help them with their daily work.
Especially for kids: Boat Rides. Stroller rentals available.
