Shopping in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
The Swap Shop in Fort Lauderdale offers one of the great local shopping experiences in South Florida. Essentially it is a giant flea market combined with small stores selling new merchandise and food, offering a carnival-style entertainment atmosphere. The Riverwalk is a scenic park and walkway in downtown Fort Lauderdale, where there are interesting and trendy shops on the Las Olas Riverfront.
To the south of Fort Lauderdale is the town of Dania, where you will find “Antique Row,” a condensed shopping district featuring over 100 antique shops.
