Straddling the California-Oregon border is the southern Cascades region, which contains four casinos. Three of these casinos are in northern California, while the fourth, the Kla-Mo-Ya Casino, is in southern Oregon. Some of the gaming choices offered by the casinos in this region are video poker, video slots, video keno, blackjack, Three-Card Poker, poker, Let It Ride, and bingo. Except for northern California's Pit River Casino, which is open from 10 a.m.-12 a.m. (later on weekends), all casinos in this region are open 24/7 to patrons 21 and over. In southern Oregon, 18- to 21-year-olds can participate in bingo games, while people in this age range can gamble in the northern California casinos if no alcohol is served on the premises.
