Visit the Apothecary at the Artist's Cottage where you can blend your own products with fresh herbs and essential oils into cream and lotion bases to take home with you. The Spa offers cardiovascular fitness, Tai Chi, meditation and Yoga classes to help tone and detoxify the body. There are also swimming pools which provide cardiovascular as well as therapeutic benefits for the entire body.
