Because the area around Sycamore Cove State Beach is so rich, you'll find more to do at this beach than just swim. In addition to all the regular beach activities, like swimming, sunbathing, sandcastle building, and surf fishing, you'll also find more than 70 miles of hiking and biking trails. These trails meander through the Boney Mountains State Wilderness Area, through canyons, valleys, and tons of beautiful sycamore trees – quite the treat for the nature lover!
