Sun Devil Stadium

While it has lost a couple of its major tenants in the last couple of years, Sun Devil Stadium is still the home of a big-time college football team and a postseason bowl game. Previously, Sun Devil Stadium was the premier venue for football in the southwest. It was home to the NFL's Arizona Cardinals and of college football's Fiesta Bowl until they moved to nearby Glendale and University of Phoenix Stadium in 2006. To compensate for the lost Fiesta, the stadium scooped up the Insight Bowl, which had previously been played at Phoenix's baseball stadium, Chase Field. Arizona State's football team still plays its home schedule here.
