Observe octopuses, turtles, and sea horses up close. Interact with stingrays and bamboo sharks in the touch pool. Visit the Dolphin Bay exhibit where Atlantic bottle-nosed dolphins that are unable to survive in the wild make the aquarium home. Kids will also enjoy the Kids' Port Playground.

Our Mission is to provide educationally enriching, entertaining programming to a diverse audience; to develop entertaining interactive exhibits that engage and inspire; to promote and practice environmental conservation and wildlife rehabilitation; to provide first-class guest services; and to operate as a private, self-supporting, not-for-profit organization. The new Living Shores exhibit is the first phase of a master plan that will make significant upgrades to the Aquarium over the next five to six years. Living Shores features several touch pools, six aquariums, and interactive computer kiosks to help the public discover the different habitats of the Laguna Madre, and Padre Island bays and estuaries.
