Expert White Water Rafting Review

Venture down the whitewater of the Stanislaus River's Goodwin Canyon. Experience the 5 miles of Class III-IV+ rapids, highly technical for experienced rafters only. This section is located in central California, Below Tulloch dam, 2 miles north of Hwy 108 on Tullch dam Rd.

Practical Info: Rafting season is open approximately from May to September, with whitewater rafting trips that can be completed in 1 day. The river is suitable for paddle rafts, and oar rafts.

Useful Tips: Guides are optional, although permits may be required for private trips, and whitewater experience is recommended.

Expect to See: An environment of wilderness, canyons, and mountains.
