Enjoy cheers from the audience looking down at you from the chairlift above as you navigate Scott Chute, considered by many to be the best steep mogul run in Tahoe. Other treats to look forward to at Alpine Meadows include wide open bowls, tree-lined glades and narrow, steep chutes. If all that sounds a little off-putting to you, then you probably shouldn't attempt these slopes. But if you're a good, intermediate, or expert skiier then this is the place you've been dreaming of. Alpine Meadows resort isn't flashy like some of the other local ski areas, but what it lacks in attitude it makes up for in serious snow and terrain for serious skiiers and boarders.
