Lloyd Center is in Portland, Oregon, conveniently situated between I-84 and I-5. From I-5 South, take exit 302A (toward Rose Quarter/City Center). Keep left (toward Rose Quarter) and merge onto North Vancouver Avenue. At North Weidler Street make a left, and then a right at NE 14th Avenue. At NE Halsey Street make another right, and you'll see the mall right there! From I-84 West, take the first exit (exit 1) for Lloyd Center.
