The indoor galleries at the Waikiki Aquarium, which is part of the University of Hawaii, highlight the marine life of Hawaii and the tropical Pacific. You'll see jellyfish, the dramatic colors and patterns of South Pacific reef fish, and lagoon corals. See how fish live in darkness (with flashlights?), how fish use venom, spines and teeth for defense and adaptation, and how different forms of camouflage are also employed for defensive purposes. There's also a seal pool, a hatchery, and a coral farm.
