Because of its unique international clientele, the mall offers a selection of boutique stores side by side with more familiar brand name places such as DKNY, Old Navy, and Eddie Bauer. It's a die-hard shopper's paradise.
If the fish ponds on the mall level don't reel you in, the underwater themed food court will have you hooked - you can sample the eating at such places as Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Islands Fine Burgers & Drinks, Jackie's Kitchen, Longhi's, Mai Tai Bar, Morton's, The Steakhouse, Panya Bistro, and Ruby Tuesday. There are over 70 sit-down restaurants, cafes, fast food joints and specialty food stores in all! Concerts and Events often take place at the mall's Centerstage amphitheater, so get ready for the full experience of shopping in Oahu.
Located on Ala Moana Boulevard between Piikoi Street and Atkinson Drive, getting to the center is as easy as snapping your fingers. If you're coming from Waikiki, take bus 8, 19, 20, 42 or 58. If you're coming from North Shore, take bus 52. And if you're coming from the Honolulu International Airport, take bus 19 or 20. All buses drop passengers off at the Kona St. Transit Center on the north side of the Mall.
