This is where the strikingly gorgeous Stehekin Valley meets one of the deepest lakes in the United States. Lake Chelan's 1500 foot depths were carved by Cascade Range glaciers, leaving a pristine and quite isolated spot for hiking and water recreation activities. At the far end, the town of Stehekin is accessible only by boat or foot. You won't find a Toyota dealership, here!
