Winters in this mountainous region are particularly cold and cloudy, with a thick blanket of snow typically covering the ground throughout the entire season. Springs are relatively cloudy, with temperatures ranging from chilly to hot and humid. Summers are pleasantly warm and sunny with occasional brief spells of humidity. The very sunny falls have chilly weather and mostly clear skies.
