Since 1956, the Millicent Rogers Museum has been delighting visitors with an outstanding historical collection of Native American jewelry, ceramics, paintings, weavings, Hispanic textiles, metalwork, sculpture, and Anglo-European Southwestern Art.

The museum is located in Taos, New Mexico, in a superb setting with spectacular views of the multi-hued Sangre de Cristo Mountains, and is named for Millicent Rogers (1902-1953), the granddaughter of one of the original founders of Standard Oil, Henry Huttleston Rogers. Her stellar collection of Native American jewelry and textiles, as well as pieces from her many travels abroad, are on display for your viewing pleasure.

You'll find Navajo and Pueblo jewelry, Pueblo pottery, Hopi and Zuni Kachina dolls, pottery from the Maria Martinez Family Collection, southwestern basketry, ornamental tinwork, Millicent Rogers' personal jewelry collection, and much more.

The Millicent Rogers Museum is located four miles north of Taos Plaza, 1/2 mile south of Highway 64. From the Taos Plaza take North Pueblo Rd. and make a left onto Millicent Rogers Road.
