When planning your visit, remember that nighttime at the Flathead National Forest brings chilling temperatures, even in the dry months of July, August and September, so pack warm and come ready for some Flathead fun!

The Flathead National Forest is located in the Rocky Mountains of northwestern Montana. The Forest sits adjacent to portions of Flathead Lake and along the western boundary of Glacier National Park.
