Things to do / Travel Guide
There are four casinos in this region, two in Montana and two in Idaho, all run by local Indian tribes. Patrons aged 18+ are welcome to play in the region's casinos, each of which is open 24/7, except for the Park Lodge Casino, which is open from 10 a.m.-12 a.m. The laws in each state stipulate that gaming machines cannot pay out winnings in cash, but instead must print out receipts that can be redeemed at a casino cashier. Bingo and video gaming is offered in Idaho's casinos, while Montana's casinos offer video poker, video keno, and video bingo. In Montana, a single wager cannot exceed $2 and payouts are capped at $1,000 per win.
