Things to do / Travel Guide
Russian Gulch State Park is best known for its Creek Canyon, a collapsed sea cave that is filled with churning water, wittily called the Devil's Punchbowl. The ongoing oceanfront here makes for gorgeous Pacific vistas as well as headland features such as the "blow hole," formed by constantly pounding waves against the headlands, filled with plants and flowers. Aside from taking in the natural beauty, visitors will enjoy hiking the north and south trails and staying in one of the 30 campsites available here. If you fancy the beach, try exploring the tide pools, try your hand at rock fishing, or simply enjoy a relaxing swim. Whatever you choose, Russian Gulch State Park is sure to please!
