From Ottauquechee Valley Winery - Quechee, Vermont:

Most of the wines that we make are made from fruits other than grapes. We use apples, raspberries, pears, blueberries, cranberries and rhubarb. Altogether we make 18 different wines that range from very dry dinner wines to sweet dessert wines. Many people think of fruit wines as being sweet; although they can be made that way they can also be made into dry dinner wines that are not much different from dry grape wines. Our customers continually tell us that our dessert wines are some of the best they've ever tasted. We hope you'll try them soon!
