Our Ski Specialist Says:

Wildcat Mountain Ski Area is a true skiers mountain, boasting the best of the basics with an old-school charm that only an independent, family-owned operation can provide. Voted best scenery in the Northeast, Wildcat Mountain boasts pristine views of Mt. Washington from the mountain's 4,000 foot summit. The old-fashioned New England-style ski slopes, plenty of snow (up to 15 feet per year), and rugged conditions mean a top-notch experience for the expert skier who wants to get back to nature.

Huge vertical steeps and cruisers make Wildcat Mountain Ski Area stand apart from other area resorts, with gladed runs and backcountry trails. The Wildcat Valley Trails is 17.8 km long. Lynx is one of Wildcat's most popular trails, with quick drops and rolls. Intermediates can take the Bobcat triple run to trails like Bobcat and Cheetah slopes. The snowcat area is reserved for first-timers and beginners. Snowboarders will enjoy the mountain's charms, but, be warned, the ski area does not have any parks or pipes.
