Our Zoo and Aquarium Expert Says:
The first exhibit you'll come across, after entering the zoo, takes you to South America, where you'll see Chilean flamingos and maned wolves with their skunk-like musk scent. Australia comes next, with its red kangaroos, emus, wallabies, and black swans. Exotic Missouri comes next, featuring a boardwalk overlookiong a black bear/coyote yard, a red fox exhibit, and a white-tail deer and wild turkey yard. There's much, much more at this exciting and diverse zoo.
Especially for kids: Train Rides. Stroller rentals available.
Open 9 am to 4 pm. $ (Inexpensive)
