Withrow Springs State Park stretches across 786 acres of Arkansas wilderness in the state's incredibly scenic mountains and valleys. This park is perfect for a relaxing camping trip or fishing for catfish, perch and bream. Athletic types will love the softball and baseball fields as well as great opportunities to swim in the bathhouse or play tennis. Canoes are available for rent, and shuttle service is available for floaters. Along with pavilions and a gift shop, there is no shortage of fun to be had at Withrow Springs State Park.

Mt. Spokane State Park is a 13,919-acre camping park in the Selkirk Mountains. The view at the top of the 5,883-foot elevation includes surrounding states and Canada. The forested park features stands of old-growth timber and granite rock outcroppings. In winter, the park receives 300 inches of snow.
