The Lake Superior Zoo is located in the beautiful lakeside city of Duluth. Exhibits include a children's zoo, the Australian Outback, Northern Territory, Polar Shores, Primate Center, Asian Caravan, Nocturnal Trail, and African Savanna. Among the animals you'll see are a kookaburra, iguana, grizzly bear, markhor, and spring hare.

Especially for kids: Petting Zoo. Stroller rentals available.

The Lake Superior Zoo is located in the beautiful lakeside city of Duluth, and is one of only 180 zoo's and aquariums (out of more than 1800) in the United States to have achieved the ranking of an Accredited Institution of the American Zoo and Aquarium Association (AZA). It is one of three accredited zoos in Minnesota and the only one outside of the Greater Metro Area.
