Our Golf Guru Says:

This course has a great reputation for playing conditions, challenge, and service. The question is whether your reputation will still be standing after a round here. Elevation changes are plentiful, many of the fairways are tight, and water hazards all ofter an issue. There are countless strategically placed sand bunkers lined with the same white, Ohio sand used at Augusta National, home of "The Masters." That being the case, should your shot making be off and your balls land in the beach, you can at least claim you've walked in the same sand as Tiger.

From The Wilds:

The Wilds Golf Club, designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish, is nestled in a breathtaking natural setting of Ponderosa pines, hardwoods, wetlands, and wildlife habitats. Just a short drive from the Twin Cities, The Wilds has 150 feet of elevation changes, water in play on nearly half the holes, swift bentgrass fairways and over 70 strategically placed bunkers. Gracefully contoured bunker sites are lined with the same sparkling white sand from Ohio that is used at Augusta National, home of "The Masters."
