Are you a senior or a mother with a baby that loves to walk? This mall is just for you! With over 110 stores, anchored by Sears, JCPenney and the Boston Store, Brookfield Square offers two unique health and wellness programs to get your heart pumping while you shop! The Senior Walkers meet the third Wednesday of each month for free health screenings and educational sessions. The Stroller Walkers meet the second Tuesday of each month in the food court for social fun time with parents and kids and then a brisk stroll through the mall. While you exercise, do some superb window shopping along stores like Abercrombie & Fitch, Old Navy, Bath & Body Works, and Ann Taylor Loft. When you are done power-walking, though, make sure you go back and actually do some serious shopping. Many of these stores you won't find anywhere else in town!

After a couple of hours of energized shopping, you'll deserve a break! Just take just a few more steps over to the Chinese Relaxation Center for a back or foot massage.
