From D'Arcy Museum of Art:

The D'Arcy Collection, ranging in date from 1150 to 1750, was formed to honor Fr. Martin D'Arcy, SJ, a British humanist, theologian and patron of the arts at Oxford University. The D'Arcy Museum was founded by Fr. Donald Rowe, SJ, in 1969. The collection began with its first painting, The Madonna and Child, attributed to Giovanni Bellini.
