Gather under the Antique Stained Glass Dome in the 85,000-square-foot Long Grove Confectionery to begin your tour of our specialty chocolate kitchen. The tour guide will present a short video on how cacao (ca-cow) is grown and processed into what we know and love as "chocolate". It will also include a brief history of the family-owned business, which prides itself on its personal approach to providing quality products, service and satisfaction. Following the video, guests will see the giant sculpted chocolate on display before entering the walkway to view production and packaging of our fine chocolates. Finally, stop at our Factory Store where purchases can be made with great discounts.
