The Maine Coast region offers great beauty in its vistas and its golf courses.
Let's start with Samoset Resort. Golf Digest has called it the “Top Ranked Resort Course in New England.” Among the things this course can boast is a design that takes you along the coast and through the woods. You'll enjoy shimmering Atlantic Ocean views on 14 holes.
Kebo Valley is also very green and very scenic. And speaking of greens - they're quite fast, so bring your short game.
Finally, Cape Arundel is a favorite of former President George H.W. Bush. This historic Scottish links-style course has lots of water and lots of sand. It you don't consider that enough of a challenge, you'll be happy to know the greens are very small.
