There's only one casino in Long Island, docked about 35 miles east of Manhattan. The Freeport Casino Cruises is a boat departing on a fixed schedule three miles out into international waters. Patrons 21 and up can play games like blackjack, roulette, craps, slots, video poker, Caribbean Stud Poker, and Let It Ride while onboard. Despite the national boom in Texas Holdem, this region's casino does not yet offer this popular game. While it costs $15 to board the casino ship, there's free buffet service throughout the excursion.
