Once known for mostly all-you-can-eat buffets, Las Vegas has blossomed into a bastion of haute culinary options, with cuisine offerings from all corners of the globe. Las Vegas buffets now offer dozens of items, specializing in steak, seafood, and other tasty treats. Most of the mega resorts offer anywhere from three to 10 different restaurant alternatives, and casino “gourmet dining rooms,” which cater to high rollers, offer a world-class dining experience.
For the more moderate diner, options abound. Family dining is available outside of the casinos in almost all of the national food chains, and some of the few mom and pop restaurants are worth trying, too. For fast food junkies, there is a veritable plethora of options - all the usual suspects are represented, from the King to the Colonel.
