Circle Factory Outlet Center is located about one hour south of New York City. Take the Garden State Pkwy to exit 98. Then take Highway 138 East to Highway 35 South to the traffic circle. Take your first right onto Atlantic Ave. and that will bring you into the into the parking lot. Remember these directions as you'll definitely be stopping here again!
