The New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans Affairs will award NJ Vietnam Service Medals and NJ Distinguished Service Medals to veterans who have not yet received them. The ceremony will be held on Monday, May 7, 2007, at the New Jersey Vietnam Veterans' Memorial as part of the NJ Vietnam Veterans Remembrance Day ceremony. In order to participate in this ceremony, you must fill out the DMAVA award application and send it in with the necessary supporting documentation.
