Venture down the whitewater of the Grand Teton section of the Snake River and experience the 10 miles of Class I-II rapids. This section, Pacific Creek to Moose Village, passes through Grand Teton National Park and is located in northwest Wyoming, in Grand Teton National Park.

Practical Info: Rafting season is open approximately from May to September, with whitewater rafting trips that can be completed in half day or less. The river is suitable for oar rafts, and paddle/oar rafts.

Useful Tips: Guides are optional, although permits may be required for private trips. Outfitters on the Grand Teton section of the Snake River offer trips suitable for families.
