Our Nature Nut Says:

Alongside the looming Grand Teton range are deep, plunging faults, rocky white glaciers, several different types of forests, and a huge collection of flora and fauna. Unspoiled rivers, pristine lakes, including Jackson Lake - the park's largest, wetlands fed by numerous mountain springs and streams, and a wealth of outstanding geologic features further enhance the "wow" factor of the park.
Grand Teton is a tremendous U.S. National Park in terms of geological and human history, diversity of landscape, and sheer abundance of plant and wildlife. There is no shortage of ways to experience the park. Try a raft ride down the Snake River, or a hike around sparkling Jenny Lake. The Cunningham Cabin Historic Site, built at the end of the 19th century, is another worthy stop for exploration. In summer you can also take nature walks, view wildlife, backpack, camp, fish, swim, boat, float, canoe, bike, and of course, scale the perilous peak. In winter, skiing (both downhill and cross-country), snowshoeing, and snowmobiling are popular activities.
