Be prepared for lots of gun powder and lots of hollers, as Jackson's Town Square gets Wild West-style rowdy at 6 p.m. on summer nights. A Wild West style shoot-out is the center attraction of this historical reenactment, with lawmen chasing rustlers who chase cowboys, who seem to be chasing everyone else. The Shoot Out takes place every summer night except for Sunday, and is certainly a fun and exciting attraction for everyone in the family, giving visitors a taste of the region's old western heritage.
