Six Flags Over Georgia has a heck of a lot more than six ways for you to have fun. This park is one of the premier places for hardcore roller coasters anywhere in the South. Their newest, GOLIATH, covers 8.5 acres and soars over 200 feet above the ground. The Great American Scream Machine was once the tallest coaster in the world and it still reaches speeds of over 50 miles per hour. Another 50+ m.p.h. coaster is the Georgia Scorcher, it's a standup roller coaster and hits 4 Gs. If you can't take the speed there are still plenty of more laid-back rides throughout this massive park as well as a huge midway and tons of rides for kids. This is a phenomenal park with more than enough rides and attractions to keep the whole family happy for days.

Open weekends between March and October and weekdays between May and mid - August. $$$$ (Very Expensive)
