Parmaount's Kings Dominion might just be the king of them all - this is a hardcore theme park with more thrill rides than you can shake a stick at. The newest attraction is the multi-million dollar Italian Job Turbo Coaster - this a 2,000-foot track that hits speeds of 40 miles per hour as it re-creates scenes from the famous movie. The Anaconda was the first looping rollercoaster to feature an underwater tunnel and the DROP ZONE Stunt Tower drops an incredible 25 stories at speeds of 70 miles per hour. If you're too scared (or short) for the hardcore stuff there's still plenty in this park that you'll enjoy. There's an incredible variety of kiddie rides as well as live shows, like Dora the Explorer's Sing-A-long Adventure and the amazing School of Rock Live Concert. During the summers you can also cool off in their full-blown water park. Make no mistake, this is a premier theme park well worth a day's visit.
