This is a mountain course designed to provide golfers with the look and feel of Heathland courses found in the British Isles. The greens are large, but challenging, the fairways are rolling and many hazards have been strategically placed to give you problems. This course is not for novices.

The Grand Elk Golf Course, Colorado's first Heathland-style course, was designed by championship golfer Craig Stadler, known affectionately to the sport as The Walrus, and premier course architect Tripp Davis.
