Shoot the whitewater rapids of the San Miguel River and challenge the 14 miles of Class II-III rapids. This section is located in southwest Colorado, south of Montrose, 20 miles from Hwy 550.
Practical Info: Rafting season is open approximately from May to July, with whitewater rafting trips ranging in length from a half day to a full day. The river is suitable for paddle rafts, and oar rafts.
