If you're in need of a rub down, like most, try a classic light touch Relaxation Massage for tired muscles, or a Combination Massage (if undecided) which incorporates a combination of different techniques. If you're into scrubs, take your pick of salty or sweet (salt scrubs for more exfoliating, or sugar for sensitive skin) and then select your scent from Ylang-Ylang Orange, Lemon-Peppermint, Cranberry-Citrus and Lemon-Seaweed or, if sugar, Beach Plum Rose, Cranberry Rose, Chocolate Mint, Vanilla Rose Sugar, or Lavender Geranium. Body wraps are great way to detoxify your skin with a special blend of green and Kaolin clays, which balance and cleanse while drawing out impurities. Seaweed treatments are rich in minerals, which are absorbed through the skin. Cape specialties include the Lavender Algae Wrap with organic algae and the lemon-peppermint clay masque.
