You'll have to excuse some of the dust-—Northshore Mall is currently renovating and expanding to make way for a Nordstrom department store, which will open in spring 2009. A brand new, upscale wing, leading to Nordstrom, will include nearly two dozen specialty shops slated to open in the fall of 2008.
