Pay a visit to an American icon and Nashville's number-one attraction, world-famous for great country music that everyone will love, no matter what age!
Known as the "home of American music" and "country's most famous stage," the Grand Ole Opry is the place to where hundreds of thousands of people make pilgrimages every year to see the Opry show live, and the Grand Ole Opry Museum is a great way to brush up on your country music history before the show.
Filled with tributes to the great stars of country music, the museum includes exhibits on legends such as Patsy Cline, Tex Ritter, Roy Acuff, Marty Robbins, Minnie Pearl, and George Jones. Visitors can enjoy special audio and video electronic effects, as well as interactive devices which play music as you learn about the awesome history.
Give yourself about 20-30 minutes to browse around before seeing a performance at the Grand Ole Opry. The museum is located in the Opry Plaza area near the Grand Ole Opry House and admission is free!
