Shoot the whitewater rapids of the Hagerman section of the Snake River and challenge the 8 miles of Class I-III rapids. This section is located in southern Idaho, north-west of Twin Falls, 3 miles from I-84.
Practical Info: Rafting season is open approximately from April to September, with whitewater rafting trips that can be completed in 1 day. The river is suitable for paddle rafts, and oar rafts. Portage may be required.
Useful Tips: Guides are optional, although permits may be required for private trips. Outfitters on the Hagerman section of the Snake River offer trips suitable for families.
