Shoot the whitewater rapids of the Selway River. Challenge the 45 miles of Class III-IV+ rapids, one of the best multi-day river experiences in the northern Rockies. This section is located in north-central Idaho, south-west of Hamilton, 30 miles from Hwy 93.
Practical Info: Rafting season is open approximately from June to August, with whitewater rafting trips ranging in length from 3 days to 5 days. The river is suitable for paddle rafts, and oar rafts. Portage may be required.
Useful Tips: Guides are optional, although permits may be required for private trips, and whitewater experience is recommended.
