It's not uncommon that in one room at the same time you'll find some 8-year-old children having a birthday party and some professional boulderers brushing up on their skills. You'll also get a good crowd of regular gym goers who just need a change of pace and bit more excitement in their workout routine. Indoor rock climbing provides just that—you'll improve balance, increase strength, burn calories, and trim fat, while learning a lot about climbing technique and having a lot of fun. It's an ideal workout and an ideal way to spend an afternoon.
