Poppy Hills Golf Course

Every February, celebrities and top golfers congregate for the AT&T National Pro-Am tournament. In the tournament's round-robin format, everyone plays at one of three courses in the first three rounds of the event. One of these venues is the Poppy Hills Golf Course. Located in the Del Monte Forest on the Monterrey Peninsula, near the Pebble Beach Golf Links, Poppy Hills is a par-72 course designed by the famed Robert Trent Jones.

The course opened in 1986, and became part of the Pebble Beach tournament rotation in 1991. The course is run by the Northern California Golf Association, and is located in Pebble Beach, California, just outside of Monterrey, and 130 miles south of San Francisco.
