We enjoy sharing this beautiful property with the public, and we invite you to visit and learn about our olive oil production. During the tour, we visit one of our orchards and discuss the horticulture of growing olive trees, our certified organic practices, and our harvest techniques. We then proceed to the frantoio, or olive milling room, to discuss our process of extracting olive oil. We conclude the visit with a sensory evaluation, tasting, and discussion of the culinary uses of olive oil.
